   The format of the information provided in the templates set out in Annexes I to XV shall conform to the corresponding format set out in Table 1 of Annex I

   The information shall be made available in an electronic and machine-readable form via common XML templates.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
