Article 7 General requirements

  1. (1)

    The information to be provided to the competent authority, as set out in Articles 1 and 6, shall refer to both the head office of the firm and its branches and tied agents.

  2. (2)

    The information to be provided to the competent authority, as set out in Articles 2 to 5, shall refer to the head office of the firm.
