This Regulation does not cover or apply to supervised contributors which contribute data only for non-significant benchmarks.
The requirements imposed under this Regulation are without prejudice to those imposed under Articles 11 and 15 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 and the regulatory technical standards adopted under Article 11(5) and Article 15(6) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1011.
