the person's reputation, including whether the person has previously been excluded from submitting input data to a benchmark for reasons of misconduct.
The code of conduct shall specify the process and means of communication to be used by a contributor to notify the administrator of the identity of any person submitting input data on its behalf, so as to allow the administrator to check that the submitter is authorised to submit the data on the contributor's behalf.
