Change of sender address for FCA Handbook website update alerts

FCA Handbook website users should note that if they have set up a My FCA account online to receive alerts when sections of the FCA Handbook website which are of interest to them update, this alert will now be sent from alert.handbook@wlt.com

Previously users would have received the alert from sender address alerts@handbook.fca.org.uk. If you have not been receiving alerts it may be a good idea to check 'safe' email addresses you have whitelisted to ensure that you have the new sender address approved and alerts do not go to the Junk folder in your email.

Please note that the sender address from the My FCA password reset and account confirmation facility will also change. Previously this was handbook.feedback@fca.org.uk and will now change to handbook.feedback@wlt.com.
