DEPP 6A.1.3GRP
The power to impose a suspension, restriction, condition,4 limitation or disciplinary prohibition4 is a disciplinary measure which the FCA2 may use in addition to, or instead of, imposing a financial penalty or issuing a public censure. In deciding whether this is appropriate, the FCA2 will take into account all the circumstances of a case.
