COLL 8.4.10RRP
(1) The ICVC or trustee (on the instructions of the manager) may borrow money for the use of the authorised fund on terms that the borrowing is to be repayable out of the scheme property.(2) The authorised fund manager must ensure that the authorised fund's borrowing does not, on any day, exceed 100 % of the net value of the scheme property and must take reasonable care to ensure that arrangements are in place that will enable borrowings to be closed out to ensure such compliance.(3)

SUP 16.1.4GRP
(1) This chapter contains requirements to report to the FSA on a regular basis. These requirements include reports relating to a firm's financial condition, and to its compliance with other rules and requirements which apply to the firm. Where the relevant requirements are set out in another section of the Handbook, this chapter contains cross references. An example of this is financial reporting for insurers and friendly societies.(2) Where such requirements already apply to

This guidance is issued under section 157 of the Act (Guidance). It represents the FSA's views and does not bind the courts.
