(in CIS) a transaction (or series of transactions in one dealing period) by any person to buy, sell or exchange units in an authorised fund at a total value of £15,000 or its equivalent in the base currency of the authorised fund, or;

1. (a) for the purpose of SDRT provision, such other value; or
1. (b) for all or any other specified purposes, such greater value;

as may be specified in the prospectus;

(in COLL) a transaction (or series of transactions) in one dealing period) by any person to buy, sell or exchange units in an authorised fund, of any value as set out in the prospectus, for the purposes of:

1. (a) an SDRT provision;
1. (b) a dilution levy; or
1. (c) a dilution adjustment210.
