106a report produced in accordance with ESG 2.3 for a person who is entitled to such information under ESG 2.3.5R in respect of:

1. (1) the investments, including rights to or interests in investments, in respect of which the firm provides portfolio management to that person; or
1. (2) assets under management in an unauthorised AIF in which the person is an investor, but only in respect of an unauthorised AIF managed by a UK AIFM which is not listed on a recognised investment exchange.
