100has the same meaning as it has in article 53E(2) of the Regulated Activities Order, which is, a member of a pension scheme within the meaning of section 1(5) of the Pension Schemes Act 1993 (and section 1(5) of the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993).
