BMR benchmark administrator

74a person who:

1. (1) is an administrator as defined in article 3.1(6) of the benchmarks regulation (which in summary is a person who has control over the provision of a benchmark); and
1. (2) has been authorised or registered (whether in the UK or elsewhere) in accordance with article 34 of the benchmarks regulation.
