(1) (for the purposes of FEES 9) an action of transferring funds, initiated by the payer or on its behalf or by the payee, irrespective of any underlying obligations between the payer and the payee.159
(2) (for purposes other than FEES 9) an act initiated by the payer or payee, or on behalf of the payer, of placing, transferring or withdrawing funds, irrespective of any underlying obligations between the payer and payee.159
