36an electronic communications service:

1. (a) by means of which information about pensions may be requested by, and provided to, a pensions dashboard user or a person authorised by the pensions dashboard user; and
1. (b) which meets the requirements to be satisfied to come within the meaning given in section 238A(2) of the Pensions Act 2004.
