1. (b) the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with CRD; or
1. (c) the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with title II of MiFID II; or
1. (d) articles 3 to 7, 14 to 17, 24, 25 and 26 of MiFIR.
