86(in PRIN and97 PROD) a non-investment insurance product:

1. (1) that was manufactured prior to, but not significantly adapted on or after, 1 October 2018; and
1. (2) is either:
   1. (a) still being marketed or is available to be distributed to customers (including in the form of a renewal of an existing policy); or
   1. (b) not still being marketed or distributed but there are policies under the product that remain in force.
