51the discrete pool of client money held for all clients of the firm for whom the firm receives or holds client money in accordance with CASS 7.10.1 R 51 other than:61

1. (a) client money received or held in accordance with CASS 7.10.1R in respect of a sub-pool; and61
1. (b) client money received by the firm after a primary pooling event that is not required by CASS 7A.2.4R(1A) to be included in the pool.61
