122in accordance with article 56 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2013, subject to article 59 of that Order, to be treated as:

1. (a) in relation to a person who is a firm immediately before 1 April 2014, a variation of permission;
1. (b) in any other case, a Part 4A permission.
