FCA controlled function

152a controlled function which is specified by the FCA under section 59 of the Act (Approval for particular arrangements) in:83

(a) (for SMCR firms 121) the 85 85 table of FCA-designated senior management functions 121; or83

(b) (133in relation to appointed representatives 121) the table of FCA controlled functions.83
