agreeing to carry on a regulated activity

45the regulated activity, specified in article 64 of the Regulated Activities Order (Agreeing to carry on specified kinds of activity), of agreeing to carry on an activity specified in Part II of that Order other than:

1. (a) accepting deposits;
1. (aa) issuing electronic money;
1. (b) effecting contracts of insurance;
1. (c) carrying out contracts of insurance;
1. (d) establishing, operating or winding up a collective investment scheme;
1. (e) acting as trustee of an authorised unit trust scheme;
1. (f) acting as the depositary or sole director of an open-ended investment company;
1. (g) establishing, operating or winding up a stakeholder pension scheme.
