44the PRA's 118 power under section 169A of the Act (Support of overseas regulator with respect to financial stability) which, in summary, is a power exercisable at the request of an overseas regulator to require a person to provide information or documents relevant to the stability of one or more aspects of the relevant financial system operating in the country or territory of that regulator.
