interim RSRB permission

84(in SYSC and FEES) a Part IV permission to carry on one or more regulated sale and rent back activities deemed to have been granted by article 32 (Interim permission and interim variation of permission) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) Order 2009 (SI 2009/1342) to a person because he has submitted an application for interim permission or an interim variation of permission in accordance with article 32(1) of the Order and such permission has been given by the FSA.
