1. (a) (for exposure risk weighting purposes other than those in (b)) recognised by the appropriate regulator under regulation 22 of the Capital Requirements Regulations 2006 (Recognition for exposure risk-weighting purposes); or
1. (b) (for securitisation risk weighting purposes) recognised by the appropriate regulator under regulation 23 of the Capital Requirements Regulations 2006 (Recognition for securitisation risk-weighting purposes).
1. (c) (in BIPRU 12) that is listed in the first row in the table set out in BIPRU 12 Annex 1R.
