(a) paragraph 19(4) (Establishment) of Part III of Schedule 3 to the Act (Exercise of Passport Rights by UK firms); or71

(b) paragraph 20(3A) (Services) of Part III of Schedule 3 to the Act (Exercise of Passport Rights by UK firms).71
