licensee 105(1) (in DISP 2 - 4 and FEES 5) a person who is not a firm and is: (a) covered by a standard licence under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (as amended); or (b) authorised to carry on an activity by virtue of section 34(A) of that Act. (2) (in DISP 1) a person within (1)(a) above. Expressions used in that Act have the same meaning in this definition.
