      1. (A) In the PRA Handbook:
        1. (1) (in UPRU)
          1. (a) collective investment schemes other than OEICs managed by the firm including schemes where it has delegated the management function but excluding schemes that it is managing as delegate; and
          1. (b) OEICs for which the firm is the designated management company.
        1. (2) (in IPRU(INV) and GENPRU) funds managed by the firm, calculated as the sum of the absolute value of all assets of all funds managed by the firm, including assets acquired through the use of leverage and, for such purpose, derivative instruments shall be converted into their equivalent positions in the underlying assets using the conversion methodologies in article 10 of the AIFMD level 2 regulation and valued on the basis of that equivalent position. This includes funds where the firm has delegated the management function but excludes funds that it is managing as a delegate.
