the costs incurred:

1. (a) in paying compensation; or
1. (b) as a result of making the arrangements contemplated in COMP 3.3.1 R or taking the measures contemplated in COMP 3.3.3 R; or
1. (c) in making payments or giving indemnities under COMP 11.2.3 R.152
