working day
- (1) (in PR and )16 (as defined in section 103 of the Act) any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday, Christmas Day, Good Friday or a day which is a bank holiday under the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971 in any part of the United Kingdom.10
- (2) (in relation to an underwriter and for the purpose of BIPRU but not for the purpose of the definition of working day 0) the number of business days after working day 0 specified by the provision in question so that, for example, working day one means the business day following working day 0.10
- 32(3) (in FEES 9) any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday, Christmas Day, Good Friday or a day which is a bank holiday under the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971 in any part of the United Kingdom.
