      1. (a) an account at a bank which:
        1. (i) holds the money of one or more clients;
        1. (ii) is in the name of the firm;
        1. (iii) includes in its title an appropriate description to distinguish the money in the account from the firm's money; and
        1. (iv) is a current or a deposit account; or
      1. (b) a money market deposit of client money which is identified as being client money.3
