      1. 24(1) (other than for the purposes of BIPRU and GENPRU)23(as defined in Article 5 of the Prescribed Markets and Qualifying Investments Order and Article 1(3) of the Market Abuse Directive, and which consequently carries the same meaning in the Buy-back and Stabilisation Regulation):
        1. (a) transferable securities as defined in the ISD;23
        1. (b) units in collective investment undertakings,23
        1. (c) money-market instruments;23
        1. (d) financial-futures contracts, including equivalent cash-settled instruments;23
        1. (e) forward interest-rate agreements;23
        1. (f) interest-rate, currency and equity swaps;23
        1. (g) options to acquire or dispose of any instrument falling into these categories, including equivalent cash-settled instruments. This category includes in particular options on currency and on interest rates;23
        1. (h) derivatives on commodities; and23
        1. (i) any other instrument admitted to trading on a regulated market in an EEA State or for which a request for admission to trading on such a market has been made.23
