- 45(1) (except in IPRU(INV)) an amount of capital resources that an insurer must hold as set out in GENPRU 2.1.30 R (Table: Base capital resources requirement for an insurer) or a BIPRU firm must hold under GENPRU 2.1.41 R (Base capital resources requirement for a BIPRU firm) and GENPRU 2.1.48 R (Table: Base capital resources requirement for a BIPRU firm) or, as the case may be, GENPRU 2.1.60 R (Calculation of the base capital resources requirement for banks authorised before 1993).
- 45(2) (in IPRU(INV)) an amount of own funds that a collective portfolio management firm must hold in line with IPRU(INV) 11.3.1R (Base capital resources requirement).
