24(as defined in article 1 of the Mortgage and General Insurance Complaints Transitional Order):

1. (a) in relation to a complaint which relates to an activity to which, immediately before 14 January 2005, the GISC facility applied, the beginning of 14 January 2005;
1. (b) in relation to a complaint which relates to an activity to which, immediately before 31 October 2004, the MCAS scheme applied, the beginning of 31 October 2004.
