22(in relation to a financial conglomerate) the competent authority which has been appointed, in accordance with Article 10 of the Financial Groups Directive (Competent authority responsible for exercising supplementary supervision (the coordinator)), as the competent authority which is responsible for the co-ordination and exercise of supplementary supervision of that financial conglomerate.
