1. (1) (except in relation to MiFID business) (as defined in section 661159(1)66of the Companies Act 662006 (Meaning of "subsidiary", etc))66 (in relation to another body corporate ("H")) a body corporate of which H is a holding company.49
1. (2) (in relation to MiFID business) a subsidiary undertaking as defined in Articles 1 and 2 of Seventh Council Directive on consolidated accounts (No. 83/349/EEC), including any subsidiary of a subsidiary undertaking of an ultimate parent undertaking.49
