service conditions

(in accordance with paragraph 14 of Schedule 3 to the Act (EEA Passport Rights)) the conditions that:

1. (a) the firm has given its Home State regulator notice of its intent to provide services in the United Kingdom;
1. (b) if the firm falls within paragraph (a), (d), (e) or (f) in the definition of "EEA firm", the 224FCA or the PRA (as the case may be) 224has received notice from the firm's Home State regulator containing such information as may be prescribed;18
1. (c) if the firm falls within paragraph (d), (e), (h) or (i)169 of that definition, its Home State regulator has informed it that the regulator's notice has been sent to the224 FCA or the PRA (as the case may be)224; and18
1. (d) if the firm falls within paragraph (i)169 of that definition, one month has elapsed beginning with the date on which the firm's Home State regulator informed the firm that it had sent the regulator's notice to the224 FCA or the PRA (as the case may be).224 5 18
