relevant issuer
- 1830(1)30 (in relation to a designated investment that is the subject of investment research 30, a research recommendation or a30 public appearance) the issuer of that designated investment; or
- 30(2)30 (in relation to a related designated investment that is the subject of investment research or a public appearance) either the issuer of the related designated investment or the issuer of a designated investment that might reasonably be expected directly to affect the value of the related designated investment.
