ENF 11.9 Discipline for breaches of the money laundering rules
The FSA's money laundering rules are set out in ML 1 to ML 8. The FSA, when considering whether to take disciplinary action in respect of a breach of those rules, will have regard to whether a firm has followed relevant provisions in the Joint Money Laundering Steering Group's Guidance Notes for the Financial Sector.
