117a firm which has permission to engage in consumer credit lending and which has, in respect of an annual period ending on a date between 1 April 2023 and 31 March 2024, reported in accordance with SUP 16.12.29CR:

1. (a) an annual total value of £2,000,000 or more, but less than £20,000,000, outstanding for relevant regulated credit agreements; or
1. (b) an annual total value of £2,000,000 or more, but less than £20,000,000, of new advances for relevant regulated credit agreements.
